On friday, January 27, Art Apple NYC and Fame By The Flame hosted the first industry event mixer of 2023 at 4:30 Fairfax. The event series is designed to connect professionals in the entertainment industry, and Friday's mixer was a lively affair, with a DJ set from DJ TJ with featured music styling from Brandon Thomas and Cydnee with a C. The event was also attended by a number of notable faces, including actress Amanda de Godoi and Platinum producer Ben Jayne.

Hosts included fashion Director and curator Moises De Peña, cultural curator NiceInHarlem with NiceInHarlem Productions, show host and entertainment personality Noelle Blanco with Fame By The Flame Radio and Cerise brand designer Kerry Renee; who celebrated the launch of her clothing line and premiered her pieces for the first time that evening.

Art features included Basil Tweedy’s framing of iconic photos, some spotlighting celebrities like A$AP Ferg and Kodak. Attendees were able to view these iconic images up close, and it was a great opportunity to learn more about Tweedy's work. Overall, the event was a huge success and attendees had a great time.
